The title (and the whole game) is a knock off of 'Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon' ('Pretty Girl Warrior Sailor Moon'), a popular Japanese animation known in the rest of the world as just 'Sailor Moon'. The expression '18-kin' means that the game was not meant for players under the age of 18. The title of this game translates from Japanese as 'Pretty Mahjong Warrior Pretty Sailor'. Loser strips!
